How do I choose a football shirt size?

Can I personalise my football shirt?

THJORE offers name customisation. Check the personalisation options on the individual product page, and check the spelling and any number you enter before placing your order. For questions about a specific design, email footballthjore@gmail.com with the product link.

How much does shipping cost?

THJORE offers free shipping worldwide, except some islands. For an island destination, email footballthjore@gmail.com before ordering to check delivery availability.

Which payment methods can I use?

How can I contact THJORE about an order?

Where can I find delivery information for my order?

Orders are usually processed and delivered within 2–3 weeks in total. Read the Shipping policy for processing times, dispatch arrangements and destination restrictions. For an existing order, email footballthjore@gmail.com with your order number.

How do I ask about a return or exchange?

Non-personalised products are eligible for free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the item condition requirements in the Return policy. Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged. Email footballthjore@gmail.com with your order number and item details to request return instructions.

How should I measure a shirt before choosing a size?

First check whether the product chart gives garment measurements or body measurements, and whether it uses centimetres or inches. For a garment chart, lay a shirt that fits well flat without stretching it and use the same measuring points shown in the chart. Do not compare a flat chest width directly with a body chest circumference. If the diagram or units are missing, email footballthjore@gmail.com with the product link before choosing a size.

Are children's shirt sizes the same as ages?

Do not assume that a size number is an age. Use the chart for the exact kids' shirt and compare the measurements it asks for. Avoid choosing from an adult size chart or a different shirt's chart. If you are unsure, email footballthjore@gmail.com with the product link and the size you are considering.

What should I check before ordering a personalised shirt?

Review the shirt, size, version, badge options, name spelling, capital letters and number before checkout. Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged. Once our shipping department starts processing your order, we cannot make changes, including address changes. Contact footballthjore@gmail.com before processing starts if you need a correction.

Does a football kit include shorts and socks?

Check the description and selected option for the exact listing. The word “kit” in a product title does not by itself confirm that shorts or socks are included. If the included pieces are not listed, email footballthjore@gmail.com with the product link before ordering.

What should I check when buying a football shirt as a gift?

Check the recipient’s preferred team, season and shirt design, then compare the size chart for that product with their measurements or a shirt that fits them. Confirm which pieces are included and review any personalisation carefully. If the gift is needed for a particular date, ask about delivery to the destination before ordering.

Will I pay extra taxes or import duties?

THJORE covers taxes and import duties for your order. You do not pay additional taxes or import duties.

How long does order processing take?

We usually need 2–5 business days to process your order and hand it over to the carrier’s distribution centre. Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays, when processing may take up to 10 days, or when popular items have limited stock. We dispatch on business days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after dispatch.
